Frequently Asked Questions

Before You Book

Do I need a referral?
No. Most clients book directly.
Are sessions available online?
Yes. Sessions are available Australia-wide via secure online appointments.
What happens in the first session?
The first session focuses on understanding what's brought you to therapy, discussing your goals, and developing a plan for moving forward.
What if I've never been to therapy before?
That's completely normal. Many clients are attending therapy for the first time. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable and productive for you.
